Although I was assured it would be made right, I have not heard back from them. That was back in July. Would not risk using them again.

They answered my many questions, explained how the new flooring is installed and why it is done a certain way. They also kept me abreast of any unforeseen changes during removal and installation.
The customer service in the showroom was friendly, professional, quick and efficient.
The installers (and for me there were many) were knowledgeable, efficient, showed up on time and cleaned up after installing. I told Jake I’m not going to walk on the new floors because they are so beautiful. I will definitely recommend Ashley Floors to my friends and family.

They helped my Pinterest stairs idea come to life and quickly worked on finding us a new carpet when the original one was flawed so we could have it by Christmas! The installers were efficient and informative with explaining their plans and working around the issues with our somewhat poorly built house. Overall, a very great experience and would recommend them to anyone!
