★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful for the chance to hear Veronica's presentation on Heart Healthy Eating through RTOERO District 11. Her slide presentation was clear and organized and presented with clarity and focus. I'd heard about the Mediterranean diet (and other diets) but it was very helpful to hear her explain the value of eating a diet more focused on fruits, vegetables, healthy carbohydrates, seafood, etc... Veronica also provided a great explanation of how to properly read 'labels' on food packaging. It was a big ahh-haaa moment for me. Veronica is knowledgeable and cares about her clients, and those attending her presentations.
