From my initial fitting with hearing aids and through the followup appointments which have included wax removal, my hearing feels normal. I was delighted when I starting hearing birds singing again! Thank you Gillian (audiologist) and Angie and Brianna at the front desk for your welcoming, cheerful and helpful ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough good things about the hearing loss clinic. I needed to get my hearing aids adjusted and one repaired. Repair was done in the office. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Definitely a five star rating and would highly recommend to friends and family.

In addition, they perform regular hearing tests and adjust hearing aid settings as required. The staff are super friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, friendly, helpful! Hearing is such a personal, invisible thing, and when you start wading through it all, it can get overwhelming and confusing. Hannah Lee was helpful, explained things well, walked me through options, and paid attention to my notes and records as I advocate for myself. SO WONDERFUL!!!!
