I never felt rushed at any time and she explained everything so clearly and I felt very confident that I was in good hands. I have since returned to the office several times and have always been treated so well . I would definitely recommend this Soundwave clinic to anyone who is thinking about seeking treatment for any degree of hearing loss.

I was instructed to drop my hearing aids off at the Soundwave office soon as I could and they would have them fixed up for pickup after lunch. When I got there Anne said "just wait I'll look at them right now". Five minutes later I was on my way. I work with people all day. So not having my hearing devices would have been challenging. Thanks again Anne !!

From the first test, to fitting, to simply explaining the technology changes, and to final adjusting, Deanna has been extraordinary. She is knowledgeable, caring, and last, but certainly not least, she is nice! Highly recommend calling her.

It was so emotionally helpful to speak about it with someone who understood, to then be assessed and receive treatment for as long as I have needed it has made a world of difference to my quality of life. It has been extremely successful, and I would highly recommend Soundwave!

I am from Edmonton and called to inquire about some stethoscope options, and Steve put together an informative document and also called a manufacturer to give me some options. He then directed me to go to my local clinic, so at the end of the day he helped me without any benefit (business) for himself! I can only imagine the service Soundwave provides Calgarians! Highly recommended from someone who will probably never go to Soundwave (unless I move to Calgary).

Not only was I able to get an appointment ahead of schedule as I was waiting on a cancellation list. The professionalism and empathy shown by Deanne was incredible. She made me very comfortable and was excellent at explaining the results of my test and very helpful in understanding my need to return to work following an illness. I am very impressed with Soundwave and would recommend them to anyone.

I was in contact with Diana on the phone at the Calgary location and all I can say was she was amazing! She spent a lot of time on the phone with me discussing options for my 24hr tinnitus and then was able to get me in with Brenda at the end of November. I had been dealing with a different place where I felt they were pushing the brand they carry the most of, versus what’s best for my needs! Knowing that Soundwave Hearing is independent and will get me what I need and will help with my tinnitus is refreshing! After the service I got from Diana, I can’t wait for my appointment and too make this difficult purchase! Thank you Diana for your caring time on the phone last week, you represented Soundwave hearing in a positive manner and definitely made me a customer!
R	Rob Calvert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off I must point out that Soundwave Hearing Care direct bills to Veteran’s Affairs and works with Alberta/ NWT Legion Command to submit hearing test results for Veteran Hearing Claims. The folks at Soundwave are very professional and dedicated to their work. I listened to the Audiologist’s recommendations regarding my hearing care requirements and results from my test and was confident that I was in good hands. Today I picked up my new hearing aids and was even more impressed by the care that was taken to ensure that I completely understood how to use and maintain my new hearing aids. Brenda Wheeler my Audiologist made sure I was totally satisfied and comfortable with the product we chose for me and even booked a follow up appointment 2 weeks from now to make sure I have no issues. She also pointed out that Soundwave has their clients back for regular appointments to ensure product satisfaction and to address any problems that occur. I’m quite happy with the attention taken to provide a great customer service experience. I give Brenda and the staff at Soundwave a solid 5 star rating and two thumbs up.
