★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been seeing Dr. Bici on and off for the past 4 years. He always takes care of any pain that I may have. Most recently, I was suffering with some significant neck and shoulder pain. I was examined and was communicated why I was having my pain. I did 3 treatments and I feel so much better. I always feel better after a treatment and would recommend anyone to see him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Dr. Bici for close to a year and he has been nothing short of phenomenal! I have been suffering from chronic lower back and neck pain for a few months. Dr. Bicis personal chiropractic treatments have tremendously alleviated my pain. He is very professional and took the time to fully explain my condition and the treatment he was going to provide for it. My pain has disappeared and I feel significantly better after Dr. Bicis treatment. I would highly recommend him to any patient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this place twice and got great service. I recommended this place to a friend and spoke highly of the health group place and my friend was very disappointed with the service. He had to wait long on the first visit. On the second visit the receptionist wanted to hand over the orthopedic inserts to the individual who by the way has a disability and never wore inserts before and needed some clarification. On the third appointment for the fitting of the inserts he was kept waiting for over half an hour to get service. My friend already they wouldn't be using this place again.
I had a conversation with Dorothy on 13th and she assured me that this was an unfortunate situation that would not happen again. After the conversation I felt sure that the service will be kept to the high standard I have experienced while at The Health First Group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just walked in a few weeks ago to seek help for painful condition behind my left knee. Turned out to be a Bakers cyst. Started treatments on that day. Mr. Fahad the physiotherapist has worked wonders for my problem. No longer experiencing pain. I expect with more recommended stretches and treatment I will have full range of motion in my knee. Friendly staff and very clean environment. Highly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's first time receiving physiotherapy services and Nisha has been great. She is very professional, understanding, and a great teacher and listener. During my initial appointment, she explained everything very clearly and was very welcoming. The facility has great equipment and is nice and clean. Other staff are nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others, especially with Nisha, the physiotherapist.
