★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my boys for s haircut and the "lady" was so rude!! She was complaining about having clients because she needed to go home and make supper. She made us feel like an inconvenience and she gave my boys the absolute worst haircuts they have ever had. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly employees who can spark up a conversation while doing your hair. The place is spotless and always a smile on each employees face. The wait time is close to non existent most of the time and when you do have to wait the music playing will help pass the time. They are fast but careful when doing your hair. I always leave more satisfied of the convos I would have or the people i talk to more than the haircut I went for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the salon on April 5th 2022 and I have a chance to finally write my review. When arriving in the salon, it was not a friendly atmosphere compared to the salons in Calgary. When getting my hair done it felt very rushed as well as when I was getting it washed. The hairstylist barely spoke to me and I tried to show her pictures of the cut I would like- I was greeted with a “yup, okay”. Without curling it- it’s very apparent that it’s very heavy and the layers are choppy and the cut is not blended well. Even though I asked for curtain bangs, I was unable to put my hair in a pony tail-in which I asked that would be possible. I am now currently looking at finding hair extensions, especially with my wedding coming up. When I would get my hair cut, I would always receive compliments. I didn’t receive any. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the Hair Loft.
