About The Grooming Shop
Arlene is a busy mom of three kids. She is the co-owner of The Grooming Shop. She always had a love for all animals and volunteered with animal rescues for several years. She worked with many dogs and learned a lot from their behavior to aid in dealing with some harder clients. She became a certified dog and cat groomer 6 years ago and she also started The Rustic Barkery all natural animal treats, which are sold in store.

By the end of the grooming, Taryn mentioned that he was even enjoying himself! That is a win for me! Highly recommend The Grooming Shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live on the south east side of Red Deer and bring my fur babies all the way to Lacombe to get groomed. My dog and cat have no issues being groomed because they love it at the shop. The shop is always clean, the groomers are incredibly professional, and my pets are look amazing after their appointments.

I have come early (before COVID of course) and watched them work and the way they treat those animals is amazing! My dog loves to go for spa days and is excited to see the ladies there! Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been with the Grooming shop since they opened and will not go anywhere else! My 140 lb mastiff was terrified of getting her nails clipped with previous groomers, but their patience and compassion at the Grooming Shop has changed her attitude completely! All of my dogs get super excited when we pull into the parking lot! Although Covid has changed "business as usual", these guys handled it like true professionals Without losing their love and patience for the animals!!
