★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming and trendy theatre and bistro with delicious food and a great selection of drinks. I'd recommend coming here just for a drink even if you don't check out a show. But there are tons of great shows to see, too, and you'd be supporting talented local artists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best time doing fall classes with the Grindstone. It was so fun to meet like minded people and laugh as much as we did. Cannot recommend enough. If you are thinking about it, do it! All the staff are wonderful and care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite small venues in the Whyte Ave area - staff are all friendly and accommodating, and there is lots of street parking in the area. When I visited they just dropped a new food menu and it is worth it to go just for that! Most items are under $10 and are healthy portions - plenty of vegan and gluten-free options as well. A gem of Strathcona!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent shows. We went to see a wonderful sing song show with Halloween tunes. Raw talents all the way though polished talents. Friendly staff and delightful food that seems to pop right out of the kitchen.
