★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this salon or Ella! The prices are ridiculous and extremely over priced!!!! Parking is impossible to get a spot and they don’t take debit cards. Super sketchy only cash or credit! Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your hard earned money and time here!

Ridiculously unprofessional communication, did not show up for the confirmed booking, proceeded to argue that she was in the salon as I'm standing outside their locked doors and absence of any lights on inside.
Since I had a Groupon with her, I proceeded to contact Groupon, where they mentioned many customers have been having this issue with her (Balanced Beauty and Co). They quickly refunded my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I booked with Tracy who charged us $400.00. Our hair cuts were uneven and both of us required serious color corrections. We both left with brassy hair and when we discussed re-tone in the salon we were advised by Tracy that she didn't have any cooler tones. I requested a 50% refund and was denied. I had to pay an additional $300.00 to have my daughters hair properly lighted and toned. I have pictures taken in Chroma Salon and copies of all the denials for my requests for a 50%refund on our services. DO NOT BOOK WITH TRACY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive booked with DJ many times now and I always walk out happy. That's hard to do with blonde hair! Also, the products are very gentle on your hair which is also difficult to achieve with blonde hair. Quick and easy booking over text is a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chroma is in an amazing location with PLENTY of parking. The salon is stylish and modern! Ella is absolutely incredible! She is so professional and is a great communicator. Ella will always make sure you get EXACTLY what you want, always takes her time and is very meticulous. I would recommend her and this salon to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, stylish venue. Hair stylist was very nice and very efficient. She asked questions about what I wanted before and during the haircut. She made sure I was happy with the finished look. Another bonus: I've never been offered coffee or tea at a salon before, so I was pleasantly surprised to be able to drink tea before my haircut. Very nice place and would definitely recommend a haircut here. Can be hard to book an appointment because this place is pretty busy so just be aware if you are thinking of getting a haircut to book as soon as possible.
