Ordered a bin multiple days in advance, called many many times on the delivery day, nobody picked up, no bin was delivered. I was paying people to do work that day assuming this company would do their job by delivering. They called back 8pm and told me there was a miscommunication and almost made it seem like their incompetence was my fault. I then told them i wanted the bin by 7:30 the next morning of which they agreed, well they showed up at lunch, so i told them to piss off. Do not use this service. More of a headache than its worse.. theyr the worst good guys ever, i guess you could say theyr garbage good guys. All seriousness save yoursellf money and lies and go with another bin company

I was charged extra, but contacted the company immediately by email and phone. It took a day, but they did call me back and refunded my money. I appreciate that they owned up to their mistake and corrected it. I would hope that in the future they contact customers BEFORE making any extra charges to ensure customer satisfaction.

Delivered the bin two days late with no apologies. Billed our credit card twice and stated that we were overweight by 3 tonnes. We had received the smallest bin and we filled it with household items, not cement. There is no way that there was even a tonne in that bin. I would never use them or recommend them. I used Bin There Dump That a few months later and they were great.

TLDR: Do not give these folks your credit card. You will receive additional charges that make no sense and they will not get back to you no matter what. Just look at the other reviews about additional charges. Pretty disappointed with this company, they were fine to deal with the first bin I rented. When I rented a second bin, shortly after it was picked up I received an email with an invoice charging me additionally for weight despite it being 820kg and the contract stating it was for a metric ton. After speaking to Lorraine who was helpful in trying to resolve the issue as it due to me being billed incorrectly as I had the bin prior to the pricing change. She said that her boss would call me back shortly to arrange returning the funds and if I didnt hear back to call back and she would try her best to get it done. After 2 weeks of silence from the manager I called back to find out that she was no longer with the company and despite explaining the issue the manager has still not called back. Ultimately I went to Visa to file a dispute. There are other reviews online such as on BBB that also complain about additional unauthorized charges. If the owner reads these then I hope he does something about Ed. If Ed is the owner then all the more reason to stay away.

They sent me an invoice for excess weight at the landfill. I requested the scale receipt from the landfill (which they had promised they would provide if we had excess weight in our bin). For the last 10 month, they keep sending the same invoice and I keep responding that I will pay them immediately when (and if) they provide the landfill receipt. Yesterday, after 10 months of not responding to my emails, they charged my credit card on file. Do not use them and do not give them your credit card!

Do not use this company. They charged me $340+ extra on my credit card over the initial fee. So I was told my bin was overweight - by 2 tons or more - so I called them - several times - and emailed them to ask them for a reason - a dump scale ticket to prove the weight was over the allowed amount, etc. and they made promises to provide documentation and then didn't come through. I disputed the charges on my credit card and after about 6 months of arguing about it my credit card company charged me for the BS overages despite the fact the GGG would not provide any proof of why there were extra charges. So my $300 weekend bin cost me $642 and they would not provide a receipt as to why. This is an awfully sketchy business. Go elsewhere. There are many, many garbage companies. They took 4 extra days to pick up the bin after I called - taking me over the limit from the day they delivered - be aware they will try to charge you for extra days for this also.

I am writing this on behalf of my step-dad, who used this companies services. No problem to sell you the service but when he was trying to get things buttoned up before moving out of the country is where it all went wrong with this company. picking up the bin was a headache as they were located in Calgary but the driver somehow looked at the address and thought Brooks Alberta??? so a day delayed now this was problem one. the following day the bin was picked up and I was present and no issues there this was near the end of July and my Step-dad gave the company his credit card to pay the bill. This is where it all goes to the toilet with this company...fast forward to the end January, where my family has now been living out of country since July 27th. My step-dad checks his Visa statement and finds a random charge from this Very Garbage company and emails to see what happened there....no response. I have now been trying since then to get any form of explanation besides numerous phone calls to their office and as stated in other reviews...NO CALL BACK.. The contract that was presented to my step-dad was all-inclusive of rental and dump fee yet 6 months later they feel like charging a bill??? I was emailed an invoice that was clearly just typed up for amount owing when in fact on one of the calls I made there was told that a city bill is present but that lady no longer works there. To come to a close of this I will just let a lawyer handle this sort of criminal activity that this company is practicing. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU FIND SOME OTHER COMPANY TO USE FOR YOUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL.

Initial Review (Submitted Sept 2018) Avoid. We were quoted an all-in price, or so it seemed. Our disposal was limited to soft, light items ONLY (we tracked it and have video), no tear down or construction materials of any kind. After it was removed, our credit card was charged an ADDITIONAL amount, amounting to a 50% additional charge, more than a week AFTER pick up, no notice provided. When we asked why, we were vaguely referred to buried fine print, with no offer to verify the additional "overweight" charge asserted. We connected with a 3rd party consumer association and we were told this is an area they are receiving a lot of complaints (garbage bins & moving companies where the consumer is unable to verify the weight, and the business attempts to rely on buried fine print). Be very careful. Edited May 1, 2019 to Add the Following: Garbage Good Guys blew this off, despite inquiries, and never offered to resolve the issue in any way. Almost a year later, out of the blue, we received a random mass email asking for a review. Umm...?
