★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you haven't heard of The Fresh Mango, you should definitely check them out. I went for the first time a few weeks ago and I absolutely loved it. They had great service and The Mango Madness smoothie is a must-have on a hot summer day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive fresh salads, smoothies and juices. Went today with a friend and we both really enjoyed the Supreme Mix Salad. It was created with the following delicious ingredients: baby spinach, clementine, quinoa, chickpeas, blueberries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and hemp seeds. Seasoned with a tasty dijon mustard dressing.
I felt healthy having a juice mixture called the "Un-beet-able" which is made with: beets, carrots, green apples, and clementines. I have no association with the owners, however living in Blackburn Hamlet I am happy that there is now this place for healthy light eating. Several tables are available for eating in so it is way more than just a juice bar! Nicely decorated for a pleasant dining experience or while you wait for take-out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got two bottles of the kale smoothie- I can’t believe how incredibly good it was!!!
My big mistake was not buying every bottle they had left at the Woman’s Show. That is the best tasting drink ever. I live in Kanata and I plan to drive to Innes Rd just to have that Kale-liciouss flavour again! I’m scared to try the other things they sell because If everything is that good then…?!
