S	Sam J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 3 art canvas pieces and 5 art prints that needed framing over the last few months, I'm completely ignorant of the whole process of selecting frames/matting/glass and having the canvas pieces stretched, the staff took there time with me on two separate occasions, more importantly they didn't take advantage of my ignorance and suggested options that worked with the budget I had in mind. Yes I did have to wait a few weeks at minimum before the canvas and prints would be ready but that was explained to me on both occasions before I was asked if I wanted to go ahead stretching/framing. I have no issues of going back in the future.

Prior to working with Steve, I e-mailed other framing companies for a quote and I did not receive a response back from anyone but the Framing Depot. I made a mock up of my design I wanted and visited their studio. Joana helped me pick out the frame colour, and the placement of the pieces of my plaque. This experience was truly a 5 star experience. I would recommend anyone looking to get a custom frame done to visit The Framing Depot. Thanks guys!

The service is poor, went in on a Friday, asked for 4 photo prints, emailed them to the email they provided, they said they couldn’t do framing as they were busy, they told me come anytime Monday, it’ll be ready. Went I went in on Monday at 3pm they had no idea who I was, when I gave them my name and told them the prints I was picking up they still had no clue, then finally the girl who helped me told me to come back in 20 minutes as she would start doing them now, guess they would have forgot if I didn’t show up. So I told them I will go buy some frames from a store since they can’t offer any. Went to a store bought frames and went back in a hour later. They again had no clue who I was. Way to remember and possibly keep a customer. So anyways I brought my frames that I purchased and asked if they can simply put the photo in the frames, nothing fancy just the fact they have rulers and can ensure things are straight and could just tape it on I really didn’t care I just figured why not since I’m paying 85$ for 4 photo prints and the fact that they were too busy to sell me frames and do it in the first place. The most upsetting part was they told me it was 17 dollars to put a photo in a frame that I had already purchased. Just one photo, so with my 4 that I purchased it would cost more to put a photo in between some glass then the 4 photos I went in for. I would never recommend this place to anyone, quality is good but they are expensive and there customer service is lacking big time.
L	Larry Sage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid an exercise in total frustration, take your art elsewhere to be framed. I have had 2 bad experiences: 1) a few months ago i had artwork framed there that had to fit in a defined, restricted space. This was discussed and clearly marked on the work order. Of course, it came back (several weeks later) over two inches wider than requested and would not fit into the space. Yes, they resized it, but that took another couple weeks and was a waste of time. Once completed, the framing itself was good, though. 2) I only went back again yesterday with a second job because of the accessibility of the store. Took a second project in, asking for it to be framed in the same manner as the first. After several minutes away, the clerk reappeared saying she couldn't find my phone number on file nor the original work-order saying "they're way behind in filing their orders". How disorganized are they? I left the work there with her promise to search for the invoice and get back to me yesterday afternoon with the quote. No call yesterday. No call today. They had my art. I went and picked up my artwork today and will go elsewhere. They couldn't have cared less. Dealing with them is annoying and disagreeable. They fall far short of acceptable. There must be better. FOLLOW UP: THERE IS BETTER, CHECK OUT MY REVIEWS.

They do an amazing job every time and always have a ton of advice on how to make something look good. Couldn't recommend this more if you're looking for a high-end final product.
L	Lynne O'Connor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a mirror that had been in our family since we were kids. The paper backing needed replacing and it required new wiring for hanging. This mirror has a special place in our hearts and I was concerned given its age, how I could get it repaired. I called The Framing Depot and spoke with Joanna who was extremely helpful. I was advised they could do the job for me while I waited. I took it over and it only took ten minutes. I was impressed with the work and it brought new life to the mirror. Very inexpensive and it is safely back in my home to enjoy. Thank you and will recommend you to family and friends.
