★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely overrated. Server was rude. It's the worst 20 dollars I've ever spent in my life as a customer. Will definitely not return. There must be a reason why Vancouver is a failed city and if you don't get it, experience yourself by stopping by this pizza place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying in Cambie Village for the first time during our stay in Vancouver and not only do we love the neighborhood, we love the Firewood Café just as much. In 6 days we ate there 3 times? that pasta with the special sauce is to die for, the fettuccine alfedo is just droolworthy and the crust on the pizza is perfect. We'll definitely be attending a few more times before leaving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely people and really lovely food! When I realized on arrival that the food I had ordered for pick up wasn't vegetarian and had chicken stock in it, they kindly offered to remake it for me without the stock, no charge! The pasta was also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I went to the firewood for the first time. The pizza was exactly what I was hoping for, crispy crust and the toppings were made with care, and homemade pizza sauce. One of the best I ever had. The service was friendly and enthusiastic and if we had more time we would’ve stopped by again to try something else. We will be back the next time we’re in Vancouver. Highly recommend.
