★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee on the dock steps from the door first thing in the morning makes my day every day. The welcoming attitude and the description of the place by the hosts were exactly as described—or if anything, they were a little humble in their description, it is actually better than described.
oh, yes, did I mention there is a dock for the boat steps from the door!
