I had been thinking about getting a hair transplant for many years, but was very hesitant about having to travel to larger cities for it, and all the costs that came with having to do so ie: Travelling to the consultation then back for the procedure, hotels, gas etc. I didn't know Saskatoon offered such a service, until I saw an old friend's post on social media about him having the procedure done at The Face Institute. I immediately started to inquire, and got in touch with Dr. Steven's assistant Jamie to set up a consultation. I went into the consultation thinking that it was a pipe dream that I would be able to get such a quality surgery in Saskatoon, until I spoke with Dr. Stevens. I could tell Dr. Stevens was very knowledgeable in his field, and he was a very straight shooter. I typically get nervous and anxious for these type of consultations as I feel that anything would be said to make a sale, but not with Dr. Stevens. I could tell that he genuinely took an interest in wanting to help me in my hair re-growth journey. I decided to go ahead with the surgery, and Dr. Steven's was very accommodating with my schedule as to what date would work for me and my recovery time. The day of the surgery came and I was very nervous, but as soon as I walked into the institute, I was greeted by a wonderful team of people who made me feel very comfortable and reassured. Once in the operating room, Dr. Stevens and his teams hospitality was nothing short of amazing, and accommodating. During the surgery I was constantly checked on for my comfort, I got to listen to music, and they even bought me lunch! I imagined the procedure to be incredibly painful, and uncomfortable, but to be honest it wasn't at all, and everything went great. Both Dr. Stevens and his assistant Jamie gave me their contact information, and I was able to ask any and every question I had at any time (trust me there were a lot), and they always responded quickly, and more than happy to answer my questions, and help me be re-assured if I thought I was doing something wrong in my recovery. The institute itself is amazing, clean, professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Dr. Stevens and your team for everything! If you are considering a hair transplant please go for a consultation with Dr. Stevens, I never thought I'd actually be able to do something like this, and he made it a possibility!

Went for consult and I thought I needed filler but Dr.Jaggi and Michelle explained that filler wouldn’t achieve what I was hoping for and that a different procedure which carried low risk and less cost might work better. I was impressed that they put me as a patient first and not the monetary benefit they would have had if I had done filler like I thought i needed. This speaks volumes about my confidence in this clinic.

Three years ago, I got my lower lids done and I have no regrets I still feel younger and so much better about myself. I will be heading back soon to have have a consultation about the upper lids now. Friendly and professional atmosphere. Dr Jaggi was awesome. Thanks

I had a horrible experience with these guys. They are rude take no responsibility of their actions. I booked quite an expensive treatment with them. After 2 treatments they just stopped following up and finally when I call them then they just tell me that the doctor is not working with them anymore. First of all they didn’t have the courtesy to let the patient know about this. Randomly they want some other doctor who has no idea about the treatment to just come and do it. The doctor has no idea about my initial condition and progress. The receptionist has no idea what’s going on and they don’t even say sorry for their negligence. I would say these ppl should not be trusted with anything. The worst service you can ever get. I was looking forward for some more treatments but now I think I have to change my mind

From my very first call with Jamie, I knew that I wanted to become a customer here. Jamie is professional, super friendly, and highly informative. She made the process so easy and answered any of my questions quickly and concisely. Doctor Stevens is so personable, after being around him for 5 minutes I felt like I had known him for years; he explained everything thoroughly and made sure that all my questions were answered promptly. Dr. Stevens was honest in the consultation and made me feel totally comfortable. If needed, I would return to the clinic in the future without a second thought.

I’ve visited The Face Institute twice for facials and both times have been absolutely amazing. Reena is very professional and great at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable in the chair and has so much compassion for her patients. Reena is also very knowledgeable with all of the products they offer and was able to set up a skin routine for me, writing down everything in order/ what to use and when. I cannot recommend her enough. 5/5 stars from me!
