★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When booking my shows I almost always get within the 1st 5 rows. Great inter personal space, unlike the huge places. I'll be at the Johnny Reid concert next year, 2nd row, can't wait. The seats could be replaced, but they have additional thick pads to add to the seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my partner to an amazing show. The theater owner it's really trying hard to keep up with the place, and after the pandemic, kudos to this people, it has been hard for any business to survive.
The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because there was a still smell, the place needs better ventilation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased tickets for a concert at the Empire Theatre before the pandemic. The show was re-scheduled for later this month. We tried to get a refund for tickets as I am immune-compromised and the covid restrictions have been lifted entirely. I do not feel safe attending under these circumstances. We were refused a refund. I guess the Empire really does not care about their customers! Disappointing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great evening at Empire with Brass Transit performing. Theatre staff helpful & friendly. Visually pleasant decor, good acoustics. Very supportive of musicians. Lots of parking nearby. Brings in 1st class music. Highly recommended theatre.
