We have used Joseph as our realtor to buy our last two houses and both times we were very impressed! The first time it was a multiple offer situation, and if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have gotten the house. The second time, it was a civil enforcement sale and we had no idea how to navigate that process. Joseph was very knowledgeable and helped us feel great about the whole process! He had good connections to recommend a great home inspector. Joseph was also very patient with us as it took a long time to find the right house (I’m very picky). He had good advice about the amount to offer, and I’m so grateful we used him because we love our house so much! I have recommended Joe to many friends and family who have also used him and had great experiences. HIGHLY recommend The E Group!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joseph gave us a hand buying our home, I loved that he was willing to show listings anytime of the day and anytime of the week. He was a always very friendly and listened to what we wanted. I thought he was great at inspecting the home and telling us what to look for in the home, once we did find a home we liked his recommendation for lawyer and home inspector were top notch. Overall it was a great experience dealing with Joseph and his team, made home buying quite fun, I will certainly use him for my next home and recommend him for my friends and family.
