★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good little store in downtown Napanee. It has a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff are very friendly courteous and knowledgeable. They carry different items that you would normally not find in other stores such as theirs. The store is always tidy clean and bright to shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only gave a 1 star for what the have to buy. Due to the absolutely rude clerk. If i could give her a minus star i would.. She was so unfriendly and was completely rude. She was miserable if we weren't despite for party supplies we would of just left. We couldn't believe how ignorant the clerk was. I would bring my money somewhere else. Don't waste your time there. They don't appreciate the business. Worst experience I have ever had. Don't shop there !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the staff are so adverse to interacting with customers, then they should not be working in retail. Unpleasant, unhelpful and treated a question like a total disturbance to their time. This is not the first time either. Even a pleasant comment expressing appreciation that they carried stock of a certain product was met with a sour face and silence. As a Google local guide, I like to treat everyone well and give folks the benefit of the doubt, but the two ladies who work at this store need to stop treating paying customers like invading pariah. Basic courtesy beyond one word answers and scowling faces would be a great start. It doesn't matter if it is only a discount store. It is a store that represents Napanee and needs to treat everyone with civility and kindness. But if they keep this up, they are likely going to find themselves going under instead.
