S	Sue C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building location is perfect for single woman, families, and people with pets as the neighbourhood has lovely walks, nice parks, and feels very safe at all times of the day/night. This building is so well maintained and pretty. The view are gorgeous and the current building managers are amazing, they are easy to talk to and respond very quickly and deal with any issues in a timely manner.

I truly believe that The Dockyards in Port Royal rank amongst the best in the lower mainland. The setting of course is on the Fraser River with magnificent views and the grounds are kept in pristine condition. The apartments themselves have top line finishings, from the engineered hardwood floors (some polished concrete) to the simple things like efficient floor plans. Very large windows to bring in light and airflow. High end Appliances that after 10 years of wear still function like new. (my gas stove is a winner) and the fireplace keeps everyone warm and cosy. And if something goes amiss, it is attended to immediately by the on site managers - Adriana and Daniel. The hallways, elevators are kept very clean along with the necessary - the garbage and trash room. The parkade is well lit and it is very safe. The Aragon group has a reputation that it can be proud of = particularly The Dockyards. All in all there's not much more that can be said - It's just a great place with excellent on site managers and management. P.S - New Westminster is actually the middle location of the lower mainland and anything you may need is but a 5 minute drive away.
A	Allen L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been living at Dockyards for almost 3.5 years and have continued to love our home, our lifestyle, the neighbourhood, and the community at Port Royal. We live by the relaxing Fraser river with a lovely walkway with river views encompassing the perimeter of Port Royal. An added bonus to our lifestyle is using the Q-to-Q ferry to take us to the New West quay side to enjoy the delectable restaurants and bakeries, quaint locally-owned shops, and a grocery store, City Avenue Market, that carries an ever-changing selection of locally sourced and made goods. Aside from our lifestyle in Port Royal, we have experienced a turnover of three different sets of resident managers since we move in. Currently, the new resident managers are Daniel and Adriana Tockici and they are phenomenal managers. Their response time to my emails and inquiries have been fast and timely. The building has been in a consistently clean and tidy condition. The garbage/recycling/compost room have been consistently tidy and clean. We see both Daniel and Adriana on the property grounds quite frequently and they are both approachable and professional upon our random encounters. We are very thankful to have Daniel and Adriana as our building managers as they are an organized, coordinated, diligent, and a professional team. Thank you both for the hard work that you do!
R	Rhonda Legge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so many pluses to living here- the suites are spacious; the managers extremely responsive; the location is fantastic, the grounds are beautifully maintained and it is extremely pet friendly, which is so hard to find. Everything I could ask for I have here and am very grateful to call this place home.
D	Doris Day on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at the dockyards for several years now. When we moved in the property and live-in managers were phenomenal. They have been replaced and the current managers (Adrianna and Daniel) and are in no way near as good nor as friendly. They nickel and dime wherever possible - this could also be from Aragon’s direction. Lights throughout the building hallways (IF replaced) will be replaced with mismatching coloured bulbs. Hallway fans/HVAC will go a long time without repair (now that the warranty is up, perhaps routine maintenance is not happening?) They can only be seen around the property when they are outside smoking. They will only complete appliance maintenance after absolutely necessary. And now I hear that if you need an appliance replaced it will be with a cheaper brand NOT Kitchen-aide as advertised. If your garburator dies it will not be replaced. They will try to blame you for leaks that are in no way human caused. Just beware it’s no longer as advertised (Luxury Apartments), but the price of rent is.

When they moved to take on the management here we were devastated. After our lease was up we made the decision to follow them. Since moving into the Dockyards anything we've had that needed attending to Daniel and Adriana have gotten contractors in within days. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience living here. The apartment, building and location are amazing. Thank you.
C	Christine See on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've just moved to the Dockyards and really love it, from the inside out! The high ceilings, large windows and kitchenaid appliances are great. Outside, we're right on the river with a paved walkway where we walk our dog every day and usually meet other tenants taking their dogs for a walk or going for a run. It's a really friendly neighbourhood to live in and we feel very at home here. What makes it even better are the Managers, Daniel and Adrianna. They take really good care of the complex and if anything does go wrong, they are on it right away. Attentive Managers make a huge difference to a complexes reputation and we're fortunate to have Managers that care about the building and the tenants. The Dockyards is a fantastic place to live!
