★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice place to meet a friend and have a quick cone. Lots of selection but the scoops are getting smaller. It's been moved into a different location so more traffic to watch for coming off of the street

The owner can be seen here justifying...saying that their costs went up twice and they haven't carried it out to the consumer ... however given the portion sizes I would disagree. You may not raise the price but you're cutting costs by the portions you're giving. We got a single scoop waffle bowl , there was empty space all around the edges of the bowl. I got a single scoop waffle cone, which would be considered a kid scoop in most places (given the size of scoop they provided)..with no cover around the cone; so my icecream started leaking from the bottom about half way through eating it. Flavors are good, but with dairy Queen across the street, I suggest shaking a few things up to compete with competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream was good, but disgustingly over priced for the serving size. With a final cash grab on your way out when you realize it’s cash only, but you can take out money from their atm with a $3.50 service charge. Doesn’t matter how good it is, not worth $9 for a single small scoop. How they get away with that in a small town blows my mind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's true what they say, this place is on the pricey side ($7 for a double scoop). However, it is the only place in the Lacombe area that serves a large variety of delicious Foothills hard ice cream. And with the Creamery no longer here, it manages to stir up that wonderful nostalgic feeling. It is a bike ride away and a nice occasional treat. But because of the price it is definitely not somewhere we go regularly.
