Buying a furnace from here was a great experience. Glenn (the owner) was easy to speak with and had the experience & knowledge to assist picking out a furnace that fits my home's needs. The installation was suited to my schedule and Dave (the technician) did a fabulous job installing the furnace in a timely fashion & took great care to minimize the disruption to my household. I would like to thank The Comfort Shoppe for their utmost professionalism. Great job guys!!!

We have just had a furnace and central air installed in our home with Comfort Shoppe. What can I say? In short the whole experience was so reassuring and comfortable. The installers were professional and excellent representatives for the company. We had oil previously and they removed furnace and tank cleanly and efficiently. They covered floors and carpets, cleaned up afterwards and left everything as if they had not been there. Their office has been cheerful and pleasantly answered all my questions whenever I called. I can confidently recommend this company to any friends and relatives.

We've used the services of The Comfort Shoppe twice since moving to the Oshawa area in January. The first time was to install a new furnace and just a few weeks ago we had a Central Air unit installed. On both occasions, the service men were very pleasant and totally professional - on-time and they get the job done right! I would highly recommend The Comfort Shoppe to anyone. We've dealt with several service people and contractors since moving, and we can say that the Comfort Shoppe is head and shoulders above anyone we've dealt with as far as customer service goes. We had some issues that were flagged by Enbridge. We called the Comfort Shoppe the next day and they were here very quickly to check it out. Gas lines were replaced quickly and professionally by Cory. I would recommend Comfort Shoppe to all my friends and family. Great job!

Called up these guys for AC inspection. The technician stoppedby and just opened the outside compressor to check and did a rough clean on some parts of the coil, said the pressure was low and would require the AC to be replaced and charged $150 for that 10 minutes. No receipt/summay sheet of the work done. Definitely not going back or recommending anyone.

A friend of mine had her AC unit break down and needed replacement parts. A Comfort Shoppe Employee just happened to be working on another residents home when I decided to approach him to ask some routine troubleshooting questions. Not only did the Employee Answer my questions but even provided me with some tips on what the issue was and how to fix it myself. I was able to save my friend a lot of money and I truly appreciate the helpfulness he provided. Her AC is running smoothly now and I can 100% guarantee if there is a future issue with my AC or any of my friends that I will be recommending The Comfort Shoppe. A Good Samaritan if I have ever met one. Thank you.

My experience has been very positive. Admin is polite and helpful. Techs are punctual, efficient and considerate. They follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the service. They will continue to get my business.

I recently had to make a weekend call because my furnace wouldn't light. The tech came by and did about 15 minutes of work checking things over and found an issue with the gas valve connection. This small fix came to the tune of $250 - weekend rate. I left and returned later in the day to find my house very hot and my furnace blazing. The tech had left diagnostic equipment in my furnace which forced it to run constantly. He returned and collected his equipment telling me that "I lose these things all the time." When speaking to the owner, my concerns were cast aside. I was repeatedly told that this was a "minor inconvenience" and that is "wasn't a big deal." The owner reduced the price, but I will not be contacting this company for service again.
