I truly thought I would never be able to live a pain-free life again...until I met Rob from The Comfort Grove. I have been to many physiotherapists/RMT's/acupunturists in the past but I found a miracle worker in Rob. The quality of care I received is bar none. He was so knowledgeable and attentive and knew right away how to relieve the pain I was in. I could not speak more highly at how much of a difference I felt in the days following my appointment. I have been searching for years for someone to help and I am so happy to have found this place. Apart from the amazing care Rob provided me, the space he works from is also top-notch. Relaxing, comfortable and inviting the space was great. If you are looking for a quality massage therapist/acupuncturist then look no further than this place. I highly recommend!

He used a combination of acupuncture and deep tissue massage therapy to treat my chronic lower back pain making me feel brand new again! The facility is clean and welcoming. The Comfort Grove is quite far for me to commute to, but it was worth it as it provided me much needed pain relief. Highly recommend this place!

I am a fire fighter and very active and he has helped treat the many injuries i have sustained over the years - Shoulder injuries, elbow tendonitis, herniated disc. Most recently he has even helped me with my recovery from an anxiety disorder. I can’t praise Rob enough. Not only is he a true professional - extremely knowledgable about the body, injury prevention and treatment. He is one of the kindest people I know. He genuinely cares about his clients health and wellbeing. I highly recommend him!

I went for acupuncture treatments and it has made a world of a difference with my upper back , neck tension and migraines. He is very knowledgeable , professional and an expert .
