S	S “DafuqUwant” Ram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an hour massage the other day and it was not relaxing at all. Paid for an hour, started the massage about 5-7 minutes late and finished a couple of minutes early. Complained to the lady working the desk when I was paying and she said there was nothing she could do, and to get in touch with the owner..... Very bad experience, definitely will not book again Many other RMT and establishments available for better service at a much better price!!

I went today to have my Hot Stone Massage that I was looking forward to and when I got there the woman at the desk told me it was for a regular massage. I booked this appointment in person last Tuesday with the owner and I even asked for the private room. Reason for that is you can hear everything in that business so it's not very relaxing. I enjoyed the Hot Stone massage that I had last Tuesday except hearing people talking. Also the owner took it upon himself to use a credit that I had which I didn't want to use as it doesn't count towards your once a month commitment. I haven't really been impressed with Massage Addict and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This is not the first incident that I encountered but it will definitely be my last.
D	Darryl Templeton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service we have ever received. I had an hour massage booked and my girlfriend had two hours booked. When the day actually came they had cancelled her appointment with out reason. She did not receive a call stating the appointment was canceled, she called in to start her Covid screening as I was called but she was not. When we informed them that we were contacting their head office at this sloppy managing of an appointment calendar, they called back and said they cancelled due to her last appointment cancellation, which was cancelled because of a family emergency, and she was even able to leave a message at 4:00am in the morning as a courtesy instead of a no show. This is sad as we really enjoyed the work of their therapists. It’s sad they lose out because of poor managing. It’s time to step away from the fast food of massage therapy... find a great place where customers really do come first!
D	Don McAlpine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried two massage therapists, one male and one female. Both were good therapists. The therapists both ate away at the sixty minutes. I was lucky if I got fourty five minutes of a actual massage. The female therapists has a big mouth. It is to expensive.

Second visit, started talking about how all the people my age are really good at not keeping appointments. Ageism at its finest. When I ask about my insurance processing he told me we don’t keep stuff on file unless your member. I mean that’s fine and all but the attitude was incredible. Completely ruined the wonderful massage I received. I guess I’ll never be coming back... that’s really unfortunate.
