We are very pleased with our team; Lorie and Shari! Its such a relief to know that they will do an amazing job of cleaning our home. They have an eye for detail. And, I get to spend time doing other things! They are also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Great job!

We booked The Cleaning Authority Etobicoke for an initial detail clean and they were so great! The walkthrough with Richard was very thorough, we like their hands on personal approach. Then with our clean, Monique and Mariana were really lovely and took time and care with our new home. We both work from home and they were here for 2hrs without disrupting us, but still managed to do a great job. The detailed checklist they took us through at the end was impressive and the place looks fantastic. Prices were also very transparent and reasonable. We're hooked, we've set up a biweekly service!

Cleaning the house was taking far too much of our precious free time. We were referred to “The Cleaning Authority” by a friend and we are so glad we took their advice. The team did a great job on the initial clean - they were friendly and efficient. Looking forward to more free time. Thank you!

Team 7 ,Alexia and Seneca were both very hard working and concerned that all cleaning was done well. I greatly appreciated the effort they put into cleaning my house ! Team #5 was at my house yesterday, all three of them : Carol, Natasha and Keifa were very proficient and friendly and concerned that all was done to my expectations. They were wonderful and when they left my house was clean and fresh smelling . I really appreciated the effort that they expended on my behalf.

We are very happy with our team Lorie and Shari! They are very professional, efficient and good at what they do. I have had cleaners in the past that let their quality dip after a few cleans but Lorie and Shari are always consistent. I have a 9 month old baby at home and we were finding it very hard to keep up with the house cleaning on our own. It has been so nice to not have to worry about cleaning and having the peace of mind that it will be done well.

My mother in laws house was recently cleaned by Team 5 - Natasha and Sandy. Much thanks to these ladies for working so hard at what they do. My mother in law was very pleased with the attention to detail and would love for Team 5 to return. My appreciation and thanks to both of you. Doreen

I bought a $500 gift card from The Cleaning Authority for a Christmas gift for my daughter. At the time of purchase, I explained to the person on the phone that I wanted her to try out their service and if she liked it then she would use them for her regular cleanings. Understandably I couldn’t be given a firm cost estimate for the initial deep-clean without an in-person visit, but I was told that, because my daughter’s house is a modest-sized 3-bedroom bungalow, a $500 gift should cover more than just the original cleaning. My daughter called this month to book her first cleaning and at that time she provided the office with her gift card number. Much to her surprise she was told that a $75 deposit would be charged to her credit card for the booking. She was confused and called me, and when I contacted the office I was told that, even though they had already been paid $500, they had to process this charge through a credit card and that it would be reversed. The charged appeared the next day, May 4. The deep-clean was booked for May 19. Two cleaners arrived and spent 3 ½ hours at the house. The next day a fee of $404.12 appeared on my daughter’s credit card. She called The Cleaning Authority and left a message asking someone to tell her when these charges would be removed from her card. No one has returned her call. Today is May 25 and there is no refund yet for either charge. To summarize: even though I had already paid the Cleaning Authority $500 for a gift card, my daughter has now been charged $479.12 for a 3 ½ hour cleaning that she had been gifted. As of today, we’ve now paid a total of $979.12. Even when the $479.12 is rightfully refunded, we will still have been charged $479.12 for a 3 ½ hour cleaning. Gouging, plain and simple. How appalling that our gift to our daughter, who is 7 months pregnant and was looking forward to this gift lightening her load, has caused so much stress. Shame on you The Cleaning Authority. Buyer beware.

Thank you Cleaning Authority . Team 5, Carol, Tanesha and Claudia did an excellent job in detail cleaning my house, my family was quite pleased. They were very professional and quiet while doing the job, never in the way. I would be happy if the same team would return on subsequent cleaning.
