. Emailed to find out best way to do this and never even got a reply. First failure I have ever had with shopping in Whistler. Other shops have been great, this one - not so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jon is just a super rad guy to chat with in the shop. Hung out and talked tech and gear for quite some time today. Was in the other shops.and just wasnt given the time and conversation like this shop. So i bought a Gnu airblaster from him and was super happy to spend money there. Will definitely shop there again when in Whistler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE this shop! The fact its a little gem with amazing gear its staff is amazing so easy going! Every time I am in Whistler i come here and almost everytime I find something. Today i found a few pairs of sneakers but not my size ? but i did leave with a sweatshirt and i will return again ? THANKS!

I had to email multiple times and call four times over the span of three weeks to get a response (I was told by an employee that I would receive a call back each time). After all was said and done I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee AND for their original shipping costs in addition to shipping it back at my own expense in order to receive store credit on an item that didn't fit. I wish the person I dealt with didn't act like they were doing me a huge favor by conversing with me and had responded in a reasonably timely manner (I understand everyone forgets things now and then). I've previously purchased a snowboard and two sets of bindings here with no issues but this experience will make it my last.
