t	teresa lynne bonavista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty cheesecake of all kinds at this unique venue. Nice menu with a 3$ taco Tuesday special! Priced a bit high at $10 per slice in my view... I still buy because it is the closest thing to perfection that I have ever tasted!

And the prices are high... I've given this restaurant a 3/5 because the service is always very slow, the food is mediocre, and the restaurant itself is freezing! I've never gone for tea and cheesecake without bringing a thick sweater or coat. Try the White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake. It's their best one!

Someone did come by and say the hostess would be with us shortly. Nope! We approached a girl serving up cheesecake, only to be told the hostess would help us when she could because they were "very busy." This is on management, not the staff. Customer service is an important aspect of the food industry. Don't expect to get it here. Your food can be great, but if you can't have someone greet customers and get them to the table, you got nothing.

We've been to Cheesecake restaurants in the past and we're happily surprised to see this one in Calgary. Well maintained, friendly service, in our case Candace was great, along with great food and drinks made for a great visit with our grandsons and their girlfriends. And of course their cheesecakes were delicious, especially the neapolitan.

Their cheese cakes are very good, however. We've eaten there many times in the last year, their savoury menu is decent, no complaints with the service. The restaurant could use a bit of updating. Value for the price: it's an expensive treat. Overall, still happy with their cheese cakes.

Sadly, I feel since the pandemic (which has understandably been hard on everyone) this place has taken a turn for the worse. They switched the sauce for the cafe chips to one that isn't as appealing for sure. I also unfortunately noticed a small fly on my plate. I'm usually not the type to complain ever at restaurants having worked with the public in retail but gahhhhh. I had to in this case. It definitely ruined my appetite. Management and staff were apologetic of course and I did not have to pay for my meal and I got free cheesecake. This was quite appreciated. Hence my 2 stars rating :) I just feel (as other reviewers mentioned) this place is showing its age and could do with an overhaul and more cleaning practices to perhaps avoid what occured to me today.
L	Lukas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to come for the free slice of cheesecake on your birthday but it appears they don't practice that anymore, my girlfriend and I would buy a slice while the other enjoys the free slice on their birthday but I think we will find another dessert place to celebrate our birthdays as the price is ridiculously high as explained below. The cheese cake is great, a little pricey. We got 2 teas and 2 slices of cheesecake, total came to around 30$ It's pretty intense for a small dessert and tea. All around a decent establishment. The cheesecake is yummy, and the flavors are plentiful. The waitress we got the previous time was very cold and mixed up our tea and cheesecake, not a huge issue but shows the level of care. But not all are like her; the waitress we got one time, an older lady, was very nice and made sure everything was great. With my partners birthday coming up, I believe we will pick another place. If I'm going to spend 30$ on dessert and tea, I expect a bit of higher quality from my servers.
