★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife's grandfather spent his final years here. Although over worked the staff showed they truly cared for the residents and generally kept the family up to date with the status of their loved one. On the final day, they showed the family respect, and even showed emotion that was touching to us all. They may be hurried but they care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic facility. The staff are super nice. The grounds are well kept. When someone is ill and at that point in life they meed to be somewhere that can care for my them properly so they can pass pain free and with dignity. Thank you Cascade Hospice for caring for a dear friend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CBC News report on Sun Nov 3rd 2019 about a lady kept in her room for two weeks - - - while facility decided how to deal with bedbugs in a client's room. Good on the staff for discreetly letting family know and to health care authorities. This should never happen in a public facility - or is this what happens when you contract out services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the Cascades Hospice which is located at the same location.
The facility inside is very clean, tidy and feels like a home away from home. All the rooms and furniture inside are well-kept and maintained.
The staff here were extremely kind and patient especially with my mom who had troubles communicating with them since English isn’t her first language in regards to caring for my late father.
Thank you to all the lovely staff and volunteers here - they genuinely care and have a lot of patience dealing with both clients and family members (especially unruly family members who maybe short or impolite to staff).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love your family members don't put them in Cascades. Management is very rude and doesn't seem to know what is going on in the wards. Abuse was noticed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible level of care, food is rotten or close to it as reported by my mom and poor level of attention. building is is a bad state constant leeks and the residents are not allowed to cook for themselves even though the food is so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have so much respect for the volunteers, nurses and staff at the hospice at cascades. The room was perfect and the care for my mother was superb. The food was excellent and my mother was bathed every day and changed. Special thanks to Nurse Practitioner Sean Young and Nurse Debbie.
