★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management during the construction of this building from what I've seen and heard was completely awful and unacceptable. It took over 4 years to finish. Meanwhile other developments started later and finished earlier. The level of finishing was unacceptable. There were countless errors and delays. Unprofessional.
Wanson Development was and is terrible. Never ever think about doing business with these crooks.
I will gladly remove this review once Mr. Zaid Al-Saffar edits his review currently endorsing Wanson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartments and central shared garden area but with some caveats. 1. No Central AC, summers can get hot. 2. Noise level very high as it is right across from the fire station and right off the highway. You can hear a lot of trucks and buses pass by since early morning. 3. The closet and bathroom in the one bedroom are very small.
