Ordered something and never ended up receiving it.
UPDATE: After a week, it has finally shipped. However, lack of customer service brings down the user experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the DIY divorce kit , started to fill out the forms when I noticed that they have a typing service that will type up the paperwork so it is ready for filing. Thought this would be a great option to be sure forms are filled out properly. Filled out the forms they requested for the typing service, faxed it to the # on the form (twice) no such luck, comes back "no answer" so I try two more times, same result. So I call the phone #'s on the form, first the toll free , got an answering machine, YAY, left a message. No call back, so the next day I call the local Vancouver # again left a message, again no call back.. have been trying to fax & call for the last 5 days.. fax doesn't go through, calls are never returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The probate book is worth it's weight in gold. Really stream lined the process. Low ratings are folks who really didn't want to do their own paperwork and tried to call and make the publisher do it. It's Self-Counsel people!
