Jen is just fantastic. She helped me pick out the right stuff for my needs. She is a pleasure to talk with, which makes the shopping more enjoyable. Great customer service, and friendly staff. I have shopped at the brick for years, and I highly recommend buying your furniture and accessories here. Troy is a knowledgeable and friendly salesman who is always willing to help you.

The employees and service was great, but they need more help from the company. Systems down, 17 year old printers are broken so they have to do everything manually. Give them help Brick

Again, I'm modifying this review. Throughout my exchanges with this location, the people have been rude and dismissive of problems that have arisen. It wasn't until I posted a bad review and filed complaints that attempts were actually made to come to a resolution but the rudeness persisted. This entire debacle could've been avoided had we been provided correct information from the beginning instead of being lied to (or at the very least a mistake was made and then the person that made it lied about it). Effort should be made to resolve issues before they reach the point of bad reviews and complaints. At least the delivery company that was used jumped to resolve the issue from their end and provided compensation for messing up. I don't expect compensation from the Brick but the politeness provided by Jay's is a stark contrast to the rudeness from the Brick, right up to and including the rude email that I recieved this morning from the owner patting himself on the back for doing the bare minimum.

We had ordered a freezer specifically because it was supposed to be available in early November 2021 instead of the other models that weren't going to be ready until early 2022. Needless to say, it is almost March and it still isn't available and the date keeps getting pushed back (December, January, end of February, and now early April). I have not had any good experience with this company. Last time we ordered a couch and it was missing legs on the Chaise and had to wait 3 weeks for those to come in.

Jennifer was very helpful when we needed a new washer! She was quick and efficient and helped us get the best bang for our buck without waiting weeks without being able to laundry. Would definitely recommend Jennifer and her team.

We ordered appliances for the brick, and live outside of their delivery zone. So when they loaded up my appliances onto my friends truck they neglected to ensure they were the right ones. Due to their mistake we had to bring the other one back and pick up the right one (as they wouldn't come out of their delivery zone) causing us to drive an extra 2.5 hours for the right appliance. When they said they would do a credit refund, I had to watch my statements and ensure it was actually being applied. After hounding them for over a month it was finally applied. The only reason why I would shop at the brick is because their prices are usually hard to beat, and they have good financing options. I would not recommend others to do business here.

We have been purchasing major appliances and furniture from the Yorkton Brick store for over 12 years. Any time we have a problem they have gone above and beyond to work through it with us. Our latest purchase was a dishwasher which we were warned due to manufacturer shortages would take months to arrive, so we were beyond shocked when they phoned 2 weeks later and said that it was ready for pick up at our earliest convenience! Jenn always leads me to the best quality for the best deal, and if I have any issues or concerns after purchase she goes beyond expectation to help me. Our new TV is outstanding and what a great deal! Thanks Jenn for all you do!
