★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sheng's Yorkton team are superb! We went in for a bedframe and explained that we actually can't have a built frame/box spring as it won't fit up our stairs. We picked one out that could be disassembled, they took it apart for us, wrapped it, and got us loaded up. It wasn't a big ticket item by any means but they went out of their way to make sure we were happy!

The model we decided on was out of stock, but Jenny assured us they'd have it from their other location the next business day. And they kept their word! That goes a long way these days, and I appreciate that. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever. Bought a brand new couch. Didn’t realize it was damaged till I got it home because it was wrapped. I made a customer complaint. They refused to replace the couch. They suggested they would replace the part of the couch that was damaged. This took 2 months and I now have to take the damaged couch apart, then take it to them and then replace it with the new piece. So I bought a brand new couch that was damaged that I now have to fix. Great.
