What a super nice girl, she helped me with whatever she could and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and got what I needed, very knowledgable girl wish there were more like her?. One of the better brick stores around. Thanks guys !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in, looking for a new couch and coffee table... I was greeted right away and after a short conversation, I was shown dozens of styles and hundreds of colour combinations.
Amanda even helped me find something that fits my style and budget and even set up delivery and installation for me, it was the most pleasant experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called a few weeks ago looking for a TV and Karen was awesome on the phone and her name stuck with me, so coming back to this week I committed to purchasing a TV and I wanted the same sales rep to help me out. Karen was amazing and very personable and helped me out with with possibly purchasing another piece of furniture. Karen, thank you for being an amazing sales associate on the phone and in person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the Brick in Simcoe to buy a fridge. We left having purchased a fridge, a new bed frame, box spring, mattress, a dresser as well as one more bed frame. Thanks to Amanda's extremely helpful advice. We appreciated her patience and knowledge. I will keep Amanda's business card handy for any future purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there yesterday to buy a new mattress. The girl who came to "help" us showed us the most expensive one in the store and when we asked to look at some different ones she said that one was the best and walked away never to be seen from again. Really??? That's how you treat a customer who was willing to spend money at your store. If you don't buy the most expensive piece you have you are dismissed?? As a business owner myself I would never treat a customer this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric was a great salesman, helping me to make the right decision on my new mattress and box spring. Delivery was right on time. The only bad experience? Had issues with box spring falling off my bed frame,, because it was one inch smaller. The mattress however is the right size so a bit of an overhang there. I did call the store and they said I had to call the manufacturer. Would have been nice if the store had maybe sent someone out to look at it and helped me with contacting the manufacturer.
Other than that-still pleased with the service in-store from Eric.
