★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant experience here at the Brick in St. Paul. My dad had just moved to town and needed a bed ASAP and Was in a very cranky and upset mood (for a long time) but Kathline was extremely understanding and helpful. Would recommend working with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices were on the high side-- over $4,000 for two basic queen beds and two night tables (not on sale) but I had people coming to visit and needed them on short notice. Justin and his manager went above and beyond to make my tight deadline happen:
They kindly parted with their floor model for one. Not only that, Justin personally delivered it to my house after hours!
A few days later, Justin called to let me know the "bad news" that the bed set I had ordered initially (5d earlier) hadn't made it to the truck from the warehouse in Edmonton.
That glitch was resolved: the following day the manager drove to Edmonton to pick up the set and called me when he got back to St. Paul to personally deliver it to my place.
Amazing customer service! Thanks again :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited the store on Friday to check out your kitchen ranges. Cathy assisted me explaining the features of your appliances and was so friendly and helpful. I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing a new stove. Cathy loaded the range in my SUV and I was on my way home in less than an hour. This was the best experience I ever had visiting a furniture and appliance store thanks to Cathy!

Was told my purchase would arrive a certain date only to find out it was not arriving at the earliest over a month away, with only 1/2 of my order arriving, then the other 1/2 another month after that. Was told an associate would call back- they did not, I had to call back. I cancelled my purchase and again had to call back waiting for a phone call from an associate who never called to get information about getting the credit back on my card. Would not recommend.

He was able to help me out with ordering and picking up the same day. Was a great experience and was impressed with Clinton's awesome customer service. I will definately come back when we need new furniture.
