★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Gabriel as a sales person at St James and he was amazing. Super helpful and not pushy at all. However the tv stand I bought did not come with all the parts so I called customer service which was a hassle as they would not return my calls, or would say that they would call me back later but I never received a call back. It’s been 2 months since they tried to resolve my issue and still the parts have not been shipped to me. I just called today and told me the date has been pushed back to August. Really not impressed with the customer service. I understand that shipping times are really delayed but customer service should be more accommodating.

My concerns had slipped through the cracks of a couple people but Randy took it, listened to my concerns and made me feel valued as a customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought alot of things from the brick in morden but after this experience with mismatched sectional pieces and waiting 5 months while they have my money and salesman lied when he said it was in stock. Nobody offered to fix problem and won't refund my money until they pick up the pieces I have and take back to warehouse. They sure had no problem taking my money 5 months ago. Won't be stepping foot in there again.
