service is really bad! First, is that I got a discount on their website but not able to use it, and we call them asked about it, they are just said sorry we don’t have any discounts at the moment. (They didn’t update their website well) Second, we ordered the desk frame online and chose pick up option on the website, but NO information on the pick up process. After our order, there were NO further information on whether the order is ready or not. It stayed in the same status for few days. We eventually had to call and ask to get those information. Third, we scheduled a day to pickup in their office, and even received an email to REMIND us to pick up at the day. But when I arrived, office was CLOSED and no one is there and we can’t pick up anything. (and everyone knows that the gas in vancouver is really f expensive) Last but not least, shipping is bad too that my friend are asking to mail their order to their home in BC, but it shipped to Toronto, and it takes a month to get the oder even it’s just 30 min from the office to their home.

Wish I could review this desk buy after getting my tracking number and learning they use Day and Ross for delivery is extremely disappointing and aggravating. For stating 2 day delivery only for my order to be lost in transit and now stuck in limbo is a joke for how much I paid for everything in total. I settled on Progressive because of that 2 day delivery and I need this desk ASAP. Although I've heard good things about Progressive Desk the stress this has cause is not worth it. After looking at other reviews and seeing I could be waiting upwards of a month to see my desk I'm strongly considering getting a refund. My advice, Take your money elsewhere. I'd love to update this review if I receive my desk but as of now this whole process is a nightmare. I do have an update, I received my desk just over a week of the initial delivery date. And although Day and Ross is a mess a company and dealing with them was more than a hassle, Progressive Desk's customer service was amazing and one of the best I have ever dealt with. I hope in the future they will think about working with a different delivery service. As for the desk I have only used it for about a day but I am impressed with how sturdy it feels while stationary and moving up and down. Overall I am glad I bought this desk I just wish I didn't have to go through the hassle of constantly calling Day and Ross for any update.

This was the best purchase. After working from home for a year I finally took the plunge. With so many sit stand desks out there it's hard to choose. Similar pricing for this quality level to other desks. You get 4 presets. At first I didn't think I would need them, but they help so much (I stand, I sit, sometimes I wear shoes, sometimes I don't, sometimes I want to sit up higher or lower) The table top is one solid piece. So many on amazon and other places are 2 separate. You don't want 2 pieces, you want one. And this is a nice beautiful top. SO much room for activities! So many colour and style choices. I almost couldn't decide. Shipping. SUPER FAST! Like 2 days max. And shipping company forgot 2 pieces (the legs...kind of important lol). And progressive support chat was helpful! They are responsive and quick. And Canadian. Need I say more!? Nope. Assembly was easy. Watch the video first so you don't put the legs on backwards (lol). Get the cord organizer and the magnetic cord attachment. We bought 2. And they are the best purchase!

EDIT: So I had some trouble with shipping from Progressive, but after some e-mails we were able to sort it out, and I got all the pieces of my desk last week. Having assembled it and used it for a bit, I have to say that I am highly impressed with the general build quality of the desk. The motor is nice and quiet, and the pieces are solidly built. I also bought several accessories and I've been happy with the quality of all of them (with the small exception of the headphone hanger, which has two screws that are essentially impossible to screw in due to the arrangement of the unit - luckily, it also has adhesive backing). Progressive went above and beyond with one piece that was broken in shipping. The remote that controls the desk's sit/stand functionality had several cracks in the plastic - it worked, but it was damaged, and when I mentioned this to Progressive they immediately sent out a replacement. Very happy with the desk and the customer service.

Very happy with my Progressive Desk. Shipping was surprisingly fast for a purchase made during Black Friday. The desk is sturdy and looks stunning. It does take a lot of space to set up but it's a one person job. I got the economy razer desk in black and ash top, the build quality is top notch! One caveat is that the minimum height is 29inch and with a 1inch top it's 30 inch which is a little too high for me (I'm 5"7'). I've corrected that by adding a foot rest.

The customer service representatives at Progressive Desk were informative, polite and added value by making useful suggestions. Items delivered were as advertised and easy to assemble. The reason I did not give this company a five-star review is because its delivery company, Day and Ross was wholly incompetent in servicing Progressive Desk regarding my order. Day and Ross reported delivering three items when in fact only two were delivered. Inquiries to their helpdesk were answered but not followed up on. We were left to infer the Day and Ross had lost the third item (a 5' x 5' desk – how do you lose that?) Finally, in order to move the process along the representatives at Progressive Desk kindly arranged for same-day delivery. Once again, Day and Ross failed to deliver. Inquiries were to no avail and the item finally arrived three days late. To top things off Day and Ross contacted me over a week after the scheduled delivery date to ask if I wanted that the delivery of the third item! I certainly hope they see to it that Progressive Desk receives its property back. I wholeheartedly recommend the products at Progressive Desk and I commend their customer service representatives for soldiering through what was a very difficult experience with Day and Ross. I suggest that if you make an order, you arrange delivery through another company. Unfortunately, Day and Ross did not act as though they value Progressive Desk as a client as much as Progressive Desk appears to value its customers.

I purchased two Solo Ryzer desks back in February. Pictured is 60 by 30 model all in white. The other desk is 48 by 30 model all in black. Due to ongoing supply chain issues, it took a bit longer than expected for everything to arrive. Progressive shipped most parts in the first package, and I waited for the white model’s table top to arrive subsequently. Unfortunately due to a third party delivery service, second package took a while longer to arrive. These things are obviously beyond Progressive’s control. During installation, it was necessary to use a power drill for control panel and drawer. I’ve built a fair amount of furniture, and it still took me around 90 minutes to set-up the desk and install various accessories (I did work on it alone for the most part). During installation of the black model it was discovered that shipped drawer had a dent. Progressive promptly replaced this part. Most importantly, the desk functions smoothly. I change the height multiple times during the day, and the desk easily moves up and down. Using this desk instead of a traditional work desk has obvious ergonomic benefits. My daily neck and shoulder pain disappeared after a few days of using the new desk. From visual perspective, I love the white model. It looks fresh and it’s easy to find pens, USBs etc on a white surface. One suggestion would be to include a manual crank as a back-up mechanism in case power goes out. It would also be great if the drawers were a bit bigger. I ordered the bigger model and I’m making it work; however more space would be awesome. Progressive’s customer service has been great. Majority of staff I checked in with were helpful, prompt and provided accurate information. I’m very happy with the purchase.

I hesitated a long time between Effy Desk and Progressive Desk. The most important criteria for me was the min and max height because I’m tall and I have long arms, so most desks are too high at their lowest and too low at their highest. The progressive range is perfect for me as it goes lower and higher than I need! The mechanism works very smoothly and is fairly silent. I love having 4 preset heights so I don’t need to play around when moving from sitting to standing. I even programmed different standing heights, for different shoes, etc. The table looks very good. I picked an all white table to match another table in my office and avoid clashing with a built in wood book case in my office. I got the 30x60 top. The table is sturdy, even at the brightest height and there’s no real wobble. It was pretty easy to build on my own and instructions were very clear. I did have an issue when building it, but the person I spoke to at customer service was very polite, helped me figure out a solution and eventually sent me a replacement part at no charge. The only issue I have with this desk is the grommet placement. It’s really large and smack in the center at the back of the table top. I was a bit worried about the practicality of it. As it turns out, I can’t put my monitor stand where I’d like it to be because it would need to be on top of the grommet. Luckily, I already had a monitor riser, which I ended up putting over the grommet and I put the stand on top of it. In a way, it’s nice because my dock now sits under the riser, over the grommet and is sort of hidden away. But still, I wish they offered 2 options for grommet placement: in the middle or at the corner of the desk. Other reviewers have complained that the cable ties do not stick well and I agree. They all ended up falling off. I had to remove the remaining table and replace it by command strips. I also got the cable tray which helps with cable management.
