★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a giving organization! We contacted Angela and couldn't be happier with the customer service thatwe received. Not only did she help us pick and package the books we needed for the book drive she suggested books appropriate to the ages of our audience. The customer service was second to none. We always prefer to support local but in this case it was a no-brainer as the bookstore on perron Street was the best. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a broken foot and couldn't get down to get a book I had ordered for my wife's 50th birthday. My son said he would get the book but the only one that could take him was his Mom! ( The 50th birthday girl.) So my wife was told to take my son for a pick-up....she couldn't look. But my wife is curious so I knew she would peek. I called The Bookstore and explained my dilemma. They said they would make sure the book was covered by a bag so my wife could not see it. But when my son brought the book home, the fine people at The Bookstore had gone the extra mile and they had wrapped the book in birthday paper. I was taken aback. Thank-you for this extra mile step. I will be back.....and yes, the wrapped book is driving her nuts because she can't peek. Wonderful! And thank- you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On first impression the store was set up very nicely and felt very welcoming. I am a lover of books so I was super excited to take a look, especially when a friend told me about this little local buisness. I love the idea of supporting local and I have made the decision to homeschool my four children. I called and asked for some grade nine work books that my child could use as their curriculum for the year and was super disappointed that I purchased books that were not what I asked for. I bought them on a quick lunch break so I didn't do a thorough investigation on the books contents. Unfortunately I was not informed about their no return policy on books but luckily I was within the time frame to do an exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased quite a few books from this store. I like that I can buy at the store or order online for pick up or delivery. Many of the titles I have purchased had to be ordered in. Understandable as the store is relatively small and can't keep a huge inventory. Their online ordering system works great and Angela is wonderful to deal with. She has been knowledgeable about all the titles I have bought or inquired about.
