★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm going to give 4 stars to the Prairie Mall Body Shop for being able to hire such sweet, new employees. Yes, I can tell that some are in training, but they are doing the best they can with what they have and it is a great job and that's awesome for the future of the store. But! I'm not giving a full five stars because of the obnoxious emloyees that are rude to everyone that walks in that store. Please stop putting your trainees down and please stop trying to make your customers sound stupid. I'm not one to go out of my way, rating every single store and restaurant I walk into but I will put my two cents in as soon as I see a place that needs an adjustment in attitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store. I love the products and what they stand for. The employee's are always helpful, but today the manager was in store and I was not too impressed with her professionalism. I went there to purchase one specific item. I was at the til with the employee while the manager was at the cashier beside the one we were at, on the phone, calling down a new employee of hers because she must have made a mistake. As she was expressing her frustration on the phone she asked me if I knew of the deal of buy 2 get 1 free with the item I was purchasing. I told both of them "that's okay, I only came for this one item." As the employee was scanning my product, the manager, while still complaining on the phone about how she won't be leaving early tomorrow now, because of her other employee that made the mistake, she snapped at the cashier, "Did you tell her about the sale with-" I didn't even comprehend what she said because i was appalled at how she was acting in front of customers and how she was treating her employee's. After getting uncomfortable with the whole situation, I told the cashier, who was trying to work and talk to me through her supervisor's behavior, that I did not have a points card with them and I just want to pay for my item. The Body Shop doesn't support cruelty to animals, but what about humans? aka their employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is full of fragrances. I love the deals they always offer. I have bought Lavender body wash, body cream and fragrance. It is my regular use. Also, I bought Tea Tree face wash which is good and effective but somewhere it made my skin dry. Also, I got the chance to use a lip balm and a handmade soap. They worked perfect for me and I highly recommend this place as I always try to experiment with new fragrances or other products which they offer
