★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience all around. Had to wait double the expected time for defective blinds which had to be taken down and sent back. Waited a few more weeks for working blinds and less than 3 months later the blinds in the master bedroom are faulty and don't go up. Called to voice a complaint and got told to drop them off at a residence so they could be sent back...yet again. Our complaints were dealt with in an extremely unprofessional manner with being yelled/cursed at and wishing death upon myself. This is not how you treat customers or any person for that matter. Shame on you Byron. Shame on you.
