Flooring Canada Simcoe

We were very impressed with the whole experience. From the friendly staff, Harlene and Hasandra who greeted us when we entered the store, to the review of possible options, with Harlene and the in house measuring right down to the installation by Rick. They were even happy to take our money once the job was complete. It looks great. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. We were so impressed with the work completed we asked Rick to discuss options to replace our aging carpet in the basement. We look forward to working with the team at Flooring Canada in Simcoe in the near future to update our basement flooring. Thanks again. I hope I spelled everyone's name properly.

Recently moved to Simcoe and didn't know the area at all. We ventured into Flooring Canada Simcoe, quite by chance and it was the right choice for us. Harlene, our sales consultant and was patient, kind and very helpful. We are delighted with our stairs runner/rug. Ed, the installer was quietly efficient and quick. First of all we would like to thank Dave and his brother John for a spectacular job installing our dark grey ledge rock fireplace. Dave and John were careful, meticulous, and very concerned for the final outcome. We had to work with a stone that was not consistent in colour even though the dye lot's were considered to be the same, the colour variation was vast and noticeably different. Dave and John mitre cut the corners very carefully to near perfect on a stone that was naturally varied in thickness. We had a vision of this 10' fireplace when we planned it 2 years ago and after our initial experience we were losing hope. Dave and John were the second attempt and they brought our faith and vision a million miles forward. We had a first attempt at installing our Fireplace with ledge rock, and when he got the first 48 inches was complete, the installer stated he would be back once the floating Mantle was in place. That took all of 10 minutes to instal, but we were disappointed in the workmanship, not level, large spaces between the stone allowing visual on the white back board drywall.. and this was a black/grey stone... then when we advised Flooring Canada of the disappointment, the second installer who was sent took one look and refused to complete it. It was determined that the only fix was to remove what was done and start all over again. It takes a pretty great company like Flooring Canada to realize when a job is not done right and to stand up and put their expert team of David and John to the rescue. KUDO's to David and John and thank you for an awesome fireplace we will be proud to share with all our friends and family. Hadassah was great with assistance. Installation went very well. Rick the tiler is contentious, not only with doing fabulous work, but also cleanup, he never left a mess. Both amazing people! Very happy with end tile results. Looks terrific thanks! Dori

I have been using flooring canada for many years. Always good to deal with. I had some issues with some flooring that was laid down and they fixed it perfectly. That was over 5 years ago and their fix is still perfect today. So even tho it was a repair job it was also done very well. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful all-around experience dealing both the sales and installation staff at Flooring Canada Simcoe. We had quick and immediate service with our new floor installed in less than an week! Hadassah (our sales representative) came to the house and providing samples and 2 quotes for the price of the floor (one price of Flooring Canada doing the whole job, the second quote for us to remove the existing flooring ourselves). The quality of the flooring is excellent with a great price! Extremely satisfied

2nd time I have dealt with flooring Canada. They are always a pleasure to deal with and have amazing service. This time I had them install carpet on my stairs and it came out perfect. Thanks again for your help!
