The Hazlet Lutheran Church had sat empty for nearly 25 years when it found itself in need of a new roof, fresh paint and much TLC. So we bought it! A generous restoration project with a goal in sight. Come and join us on our restoration journey, be our guest, or host your own event.

β β β β β Went to several events pre Covid at the Bethany. They do it all! Yoga retreats, weddings, concert shows and local craft/art shows. It's an adorable venue with the best spinach dip around.

β β β β β Lindsay and Erin are so gracious and hospitable, and what theyβve done to turn this old church into a destination venue for touring musicians and fans of music is amazing. I always look forward to the trips down south to play a show or catch a live performance.

-Intimate. Nice to get away from the big city. Very special, memorable time with our closest friends and family.
-Stunning venue. One guest commented: βThe space was like something out of a movie.β
-Attentive, friendly staff. Erin and Lindsay worked hard to make sure everything was looking great/running smoothly for the big day.
They were eager to help in any way that they could.
-May experience flexibility that you might not with a larger venue.
-Knowledgeable of vendor options. We received many compliments on our catered meal.
-Erin and Lindsay were aware of the limitations that came with covid and a more remote venue. They were very resourceful when providing options/solutions.

β β β β β The Bethany is a place that fills your soul with warmth and happiness. Itβs a place you walk in and feel welcomed and comfortable instantly. I have been there for many different events and each time the space has been perfect for it. From art exhibits to concerts to Christmas parties to birthday parties. Itβs ran by some amazing women in the perfect little village. Highly recommend everyone to experience The Bethany at least one time in your life.
