★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a blast staying here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the outdoor firepit and s'mores kit! Room was well-curated and spacious. The shower lived up to the hype! We also enjoyed being able to get up and join morning yoga at the Devonshire before brunch! Nothing bad to say about our stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our small 10-person wedding at the Drake Devonshire and our family members stayed down the street at the Drake Motor Inn. They all absolutely loved their rooms, so unique! The
"flat" had such a large patio and they all enjoyed relaxing there. In the evening, the sunken fire pit with the cute string lights was the perfect place to be. We're trying to find an excuse to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always have the best time staying at the Drake properties and this was no different. The team at the Drake are top-notch -- incredibly attentive, responsive, helpful and friendly.
I really appreciated the extra efforts that went into making both the Inn and restaurant feel clean and safe without removing all of the fun.
From the bike rack in the parking lot, to the refillable water bottles, to the welcome bottle of wine, to reservable access to a private waterfront table and games area, every aspect of our stay was clearly well thought-out for a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here for 2 nights. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. We had the king room, the bed was very comfortable, showers were big. Also we loved how modern and edgy it looked. There’s also a fire place where all the chairs are safely social distanced from each other. Behind the building there’s an amazing brewery with the best oven pizza. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Within walking distance to restaurants, beach and grocery store.
Outside fire pit in winter. Cozy comfortable bed. Super shower with great water pressure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the perfect place to stay if you're in Wellington. The customer service ia impecable. Amazing staff, helpful, and courteous, any concern was met with a solution right away, we stayed in a room that had a queen bed and a pull out bed. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable(only reason I gave it the rooms a 4 star rating) but the staff quickly solved this issue by providing us with another room. The amenities are perfect, the social spaces are comfortable and all the small details such as the s'mores, fresh delivered coffee in the morning made our stay that much better. Perfect location to delicious restaurants and water views. The restaurant was delicious as well. Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful Inn and super spacious. Four of us fit in the room so comfortably and didn't feel squished at all the location is very lose to the supermarket and the water so it's easy to walk o erfor any last minute needs. The LCBO is less than a 5 minute drive away, otherwise you can hit the brewery right beside this place. We did have an issue getting our garbage picked up but the space itself was very clean and well maintained.

- paper thin walls mean you hear absolutely everything from your neighbours (talking at normal volume, music, TV, walking, sneezing, etc). A slammed door or heavy walking has the entire building shaking.. literally.
- bed is soft and you somewhat sink into locked positions (I am not overweight)
- service is great, very friendly and helpful staff
- decoration is hip and with attention to detail, rooms are spacious
- restaurant has amazing food and views
So.. is it worth the price you are paying..? No. Could it be improved easily: the mattress yes, the sound proofing might be harder.
