★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a ticket to see "Outside the Wall" for what I thought, was the Saturday night show. Saturday morning I discovered that I had actually bought a ticket to Fridays show. Completely my fault! I went online to buy another ticket but the show was sold out. My daughter suggested I let The Basement know what happened. I sent an email and was immediately contacted by Don Griffith and in his words told" Don't sweat it. Tell them at the door that I said it was OK for you to come in" I was able to see the band (who were absolutely fantastic) in a covid safe environment. I was very impressed with The Bassment. This facility went way above and beyond my expectations. I'd encourage everyone to check out this wonderful place.
