★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole experience has been terrible.
I came from Calgary to celebrate my cousins graduation and prom. We came in with a party of 10 and waited 30 minutes before someone even addressed us….. They asked us for drinks and missed some people. We weren’t given cutlery or napkins and the food came out over 2 hours later and they missed one order. The food was horrifically cold. Nobody ever asked if we needed any refills or how the food was. The manager did not seem to care about our experience at all. The GM a was informed of the incident and they didn’t even come to apologize. Nobody apologized for our mishandle of service. That’s was the most surprising. I would not recommend anybody yo come here. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Very unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to banquet tonight to get silly with friends and Hailey was our waitress, she was super bubbly and fun, great attitude. The service she provided was outstanding, she really sets the bar high for service!
Katie was amazing aswell! When the party got a little crazy she made sure everyone was doing great and took such good care of us!

Kira the manager made sure the atmosphere was great and recommended some great food options for us. We loved the KFC wrap! Albina was our server and she was fantastic! Definitely will come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jess gave us the best service, she was always prompt, not once did I have to wait for a drink. As soon as I sat down with my friend she saw me and asked what I wanted, my glass was never empty for more than 30 seconds. Best server I’ve had in Fort Mac by far.
Also Calvin, the bartender, he awesome, he loves it when you ask him to surprise you with drinks or shots and he’s always on Point. What a great place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Great Place to hangout with friends, meet new people, go bowling and drink a great selection of different alcohols. The staff is amazing. Bartenders Jerry Ouellett and Kelvin Anderson are the quickest, smooth, and friendliest bartenders I’ve interacted with. The waiters/waitresses are helpful when selecting items from the menu and are very friendly. If you sit at a table, ask for Claire, she is amazing in all aspects. Can’t say enough amazing things about the establishment and staff. Enjoy your time here. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came out to the banquet bar tonight and had a great time! Kira made sure we always had drinks, she was great and very funny! She suggested that I get mozzarella cheese on my beef dip and it was a game changer. The beef dip was amazing and so tender! I had a few of the nachos as well and they were incredible, the Canada red sauce was killer! We definitely will come back and ask for Kira! Thanks for the great nigh banquet bar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered takeout here last night. I was ordering a meal for myself (nachos) as well as multiple dishes to share with my boyfriend when he got off work. The nachos had many burned ones buried. I paid $5 extra for chicken and only received a dip container of it. All the cheese was on the bottom stuck to the paper which was then inedible. The brisket had great flavor but was definitely not a $17 dish. Probably the biggest rip off I've ever had at a restaurant. Two slices of brisket and a tiny container of slaw was definitely not worth that amount. It should at least be served on a bun to make the value closer to what you pay. If i had ordered that as my main while dining in i would have refused it upon being served as that portion wouldn't even fill a child. The mac and potato sprolls were both good. If i didn't order extra dishes to have snacks for later we would have been left hungry after spending $80 for takeout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing place to visit, the atmosphere was pleasing and the staff was very welcoming.
The only disappointing thing was that the jerk wings didn't feel authentic but they definitely did their best with their own twist.
The brisket was exquisite, some of the best the I've had.
