★ ★ ★ ★ ★ February 22, 2021 at 11am, I ordered a package (order no. 7289) of 18 pcs chicken regular/spicy, large fries/taters, 2 big salads and a gravy. .I paid almost $90 dollars.Some of my order was missing. When I called them they said it's the skip the dishes problem, whoever made a mistakes since the order came from your store you have to satisfy your customers, NOW all my colleagues were very disappointed with you guys... Dont want to buy Mary Browns anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went Mary browns in timberlea had a horrible experience chicken was soaked with oil and soggy and barely edible. When contacting the manager she had no idea how to handle the situation or fix it. Gave me half hearted sorry and told me to drive back the gross chicken afteri just finished a 12 hour shift plus travel. No thank you.told her a good store manager would offer some sort compensation due to the situation instead she diffused the situation by hanging up. Really professional! I will be going elsewhere in the future and no longer returning to Mary browns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was hot and fresh, however the wait time for food is always quite long. Went in for the Mondays 5 Dollar Special Big Mary, found it to be quite plain all in all.
Staff could be trained a little better, ordered a spicy big Mary "with" lettuce to go and recieved a spicy big Mary with lettuce and without pickles. A spicy big mary "has" pickles. If I ordered a cheese burger "with" bacon what would the point be of removing the cheese? Food tasted much worse and staffs only suggestion was sorry do you want to pick up the pickles? No I took food to go, I would have liked a discount or some such, not "come pick up your pickles"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm always pleased with my orders. Tonight a fellow took almost 8 minutes to order asking questions about different combos or whatever. . There was a bit of a language barrier. After another guy and I ordered the 2nd guys small order came up first ahead of the first fellows larger order. He got upset and started with the discrimination card. The poor waiter said he has no say in what food comes first. The young waiter handled it pretty good. I don't think there was any racism. I patiently waited for my food which took 20 minutes from the first guys confusing food orders till mine came. I don't know how food is prepared there but I suppose whatever is already cooked ahead of time gets served first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the service terrible. Guests were not acknowledged until both workers stepped away from packing Skip orders. There were only 3 customers and their priority was to make sure that all 8 Skip orders were ready to go instead of taking care of the customers waiting for their food right in front of their faces. Staff was very unfriendly overall, clearly Skip takes priority at this location.
The only reason they don't get only 1 star is because the food is actually decent.
