★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing little Bakery in the heart of Ymir ..Theron the owner is super friendly . You will find delicious pastries and bread that are gluten free and vegetarian based ....but trust me you won't be able to tell because they are so tasty ...baked fresh and opens at 6 am . Must visit .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bakery is housed in a fantastic Gold Rush-style building; inside, the theme is kept up with the sourdough bread, along with more breads and savoury items like spinach and feta pies. It'd be great to see more sweet items, but their cinnamon buns (in large and small) are pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The baker we met was a friendly fellow. The food was healthier than usual for a bakery (simple ingredients, less or no sugar in the pie filling, thin crust loads of vegetables and herbs on the pizza) while remaining delicious. We can vouch for the pizza, brownies, sour dough, and pie!

Overall: would recommend and we will be back.
