★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lot of fun when. We booked a birthday party for daughters 4th birthday. But was a little disappointed in the party room and miscommunications. As I spoke with Shantel over the phone to order two pizzas for our party but only one arrived leaving the adults (why we ordered two) without food. And when asking the staff if they could order another one they switched from we could to no not really is seconds.. There's really not a lot of room in the party rooms. And we didn't have enough forks for our party either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at The Backyard with my family for my 3-year-old grandson's birthday party. This was an excellent experience for everyone...adults and children. The kids had so much fun, it was a challenge to get them to stop to eat. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Backyard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Backyard is truly an amazing wedding facility!! It had everything you need! An outdoor area to get married, if it rains just have it inside. A place for people to get ready in the loft and a huge area for the reception!!!

We booked the Backyard prior to the pandemic however our vision changed substantially as a result fo the pandemic and the Backyard staff were more than accommodating. Although we weren't able to utilize the indoor space for our reception due to government restrictions, we used the loft as a space for the bridesmaids to relax and get their hair/makeup done, and the outdoor space for a beautiful ceremony. They even set up a white bouncy castle for the little ones to enjoy after the ceremony. Highly recommend this venue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose to use the Backyard to rent a bounce house for our sons 8th birthday. The set up and take down crews were polite and great to deal with. With the possibility of how the bad weather could play out we had a bit of confusion with the cancel-rescheduling/refund etc. But we ended up with spectacular weather and all the kids had a blast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, well lit. Very clean (except for the inevitable mess the kids make when there). A good amount of play structures for the kids. I do wish they didnt lose the toddler area.
My kids love going here, always go home exhausted. So it does its job well. I recommend it highly, its one of my favorite indoor playgrounds in the city.
