★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so here's my review after undergoing and 18 day deep PK (Panchakarma) cleansing program. I have to say after doing many treatments and programs in India in some of the best Ayurvedic clinics, doing it here at Ayurveda Vancouver felt personalized, very smooth, effortless, and deeply cleansing both physically and spiritually.
I didn't know that I could overcome deep patterns I was stuck with all my life by simply balancing my doshas!
The process is well thought of from orientation to consultation, guidance, follow ups, and treatments.
I now feel much more confident to do PK regularly and to keep up with my regular treatments and balanced lifestyle.
