โ โ โ โ โ I was recommended The Auto Spa by a friend and I am glad I went here. The service off the bat and when receiving my car back was amazing. With kindness and gratitude, I truly felt appreciated as a customer. The detailing job its self was fantastic. My car looked nicer than when I drove it off the lot. Seeing my car look so perfect made me feel awesome. Will definitely return next time !

โ โ โ โ โ The service is very very bad. I paid for the car detailing, and waited more than 5 hours, in the end lots of things were not done. The carpet was not washed and cleaned at all, the doors were not clean, you can obviously see some area were done, and some not, 2 seats were not done,,,,, very bad experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Let me be one of the "fake" reviewers as some other reviews claim we are, except I'm Google approved. I paid $55 dollars to get my Mercedes detailed. They do a below average job. As other reviews claim them to be best in Burnaby but you can get much better detailing at same or cheaper price elsewhere in 10 minute radius. They miss clear spots next to the cars emblem and on the rims, NONE of the seats were vacuumed and the trunk was COMPLETELY ignored. I do NOT recommend this. I left my car for 4 hours which is plenty of time on a slow day for them but they just missed too much. I've had this bad experience two times here with different cars and won't go back. Sorry. DO NOT PAY CASH! Keep receipts in case you need to come back and have them clean their missed spots.

โ โ โ โ โ This is such a bad service that I never had been before. Unprofessional and the customer service are very bad. After my car finished wash. I was very angry because the inside part are still very dirty just like a draft wash. I asked her to re-clean inside. She said โyour car is very dirty like a long time no washโ then what is the proposed for car wash? Btw. This is not a good choice to choose for your car wash.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely horrible experience. Paid $260 for my car to look no better than a touchless carwash. I was told they would steam clean the inside and do a full detail. The excuse for the poor job was my car was too dirty and they only have 20 minutes per car...if that's the case why the heck am I paying $260 and have to wait 3 hours for my car??????

โ โ โ โ โ Brought my used Mazda Mx5 to get it wash and wax after tax $170 dollar service and is really pleased with the result. Mind you in the photos the car definitely needs to be paint corrected, but the results are exactly what I was looking for. Every panel to be wax and smooth to the touch. I like how it's hand wash as the Mx5 is a convertible, don't take it to machine wash. It was dark, cool underground where no debris will interfere with the wax work. In fact the wash was clean enough that I notice all the rock chips that were previously masked by road dirt and grimes. I want to remind everyone that the West Parking entrance is at Central Blvd entrance, which is right beside the bus loop if you're having trouble finding it.

โ โ โ โ โ They did a decent job for first few visits. As soon as I bough the 8 car details package, the quality of their job drops dramatically. Sometimes two of my car are have scratches on em. And the owner keep telling I scratched it and I just donโt know. But one of the car I bring it to wash is a brand new one, just drove for less than a month. If you value your money donโt go there, Iโm sure there are better places. It seems like they scratched my car on purpose just to sell their waxing service.
