He was confident, friendly and honest. He helped me to see potential in a place that needed a lot of improvements; without his creative eye and imagination, I might have missed out on such a great opportunity. With Steve's expertise, together we were able to pick out a comfortable home for myself to live in, as well as a place that would be suitable as a future rental property. Steve was easily accessible and available with answers to any questions I had. As a shift worker, it is sometimes difficult to arrange appointments, but Steve was very flexible. He answered his emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. I would 100% recommend Steve to friends and family, as I know he would take excellent care of them, like he did myself.

He located a house that exceeded our requirements and was great at coaching us through the process as we were first time home buyers. He arranged many of the necessities such as a home inspection on short notice and was always available when we needed to ask questions during the process. We were local to Ottawa but didn't know the area we wanted to buy in that well. Steve was not only knowledgeable about the area but also told us about planned developments in the future. He was able to highlight the area as one to watch for the amount of time that we planned on spending in the house so we knew we could grow the value of the property over time. I have never gotten that information and since the foreign tax has included OTTAWA and has risen I have now put aside my buying plans. I was upfront on what I wanted and was pretty happy to see a young crew with energy... more looks than anything else here. The guy that wanted to buy 30 acres at Thomas A.Dolan parkway road.
