★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t actually know anything about flowers but I got the help I needed from the attendant and I thought the prices were pretty good. Just be aware that the shop is mainly Chinese speaking and probably also cash only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service tho not the best quality flowers... they serve the Asian community well and almost exclusively due to the Chinatown location that has been there forever. The wrapping of gift bouquets were always top notch thru the years except when we ordered funeral flowers. They were wilty and disappointing. I was told this is common as you only need them for 1 day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Thalea Florists since 1993 and highly recommend Thalea for any flowers that you require for any occasion. The flowers are always fresh and the arrangements are exquisite. Diana and her employees take extreme pride in their workmanship. I enjoy browsing the flower arrangements she has on display prior to delivery. In addition, I found the delivery of flowers I ordered were always on time.
There are no problems with communication since Diana speaks English well. I speak to her in English and she understands everything.
Diana also processes orders by credit card and debit. It is not cash only.
If visiting the shop in person, Diana has moved her shop to Unit # 14. Be sure it is Thalea Florists for beautiful arrangements, reasonable prices, pride of workmanship and an honest, hard working business owner.

I ordered 1 large bridal bouquet of sweet unique roses, 1 throwaway bouquet for the bridal toss, and 8 boutonnieres. On the day of my wedding on August 13, 2017, my husband went to the shop to pickup the flowers and they were not aware of my order.
I had went to the shop three times previously to increase the quantity of boutonnieres, confirm the flowers, and I already paid for everything (~$200 all in).
They completely misplaced the order and had not even placed the order for the colors I requested. They then taped the flowers (instead of using wire), delayed our wedding itinerary by an hour, and gave my husband the flower order (with no discount). I told him to ask for $20 off, they gave him 3 extra (and unnecessary boutonnieres) instead.
My bridesmaid ended up fixing the bouquet because the flowers were not even arranged and we had to hide the dead/dried up flowers.
This is an experience to remember.
